Sales Trainer

Designation: Sales Trainer

Job Location: Kupondole, Lalitpur

Qualification:   Bachelor Degree or Master Degree 

(Strong Academic Records in Class 10, Class 12, Bachelor Degree)

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in Product related companies
• Experience as a Sales Trainer will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design, create and deliver training materials, including presentations, demos, case studies, training program
• Deliver variety of sales training programs in classroom mode/on-the-Job training mode/ online mode covering skills both technical and behavioral competencies required for sales.
• Conduct new hire training, skill assessment and certification process
• Use learning management systems and e-learning platforms

Selection Process:

The selection process will be held in two stages

• Interview will be conducted in first stage. 

• Demonstration of training skills through PowerPoint presentation  will be conducted in second stage

Skills Required:

• Ability to Implement

• Ability to Improvise

• Ability to communicate, coach and guide

Salary:

• Rs 35,000-Rs 40,000

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
