Designation:  FMCG – Sales Officer

Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Job Location: Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

• To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales 
• To select and develop a team of Sales Representative
• Assisting in formulating strategies to meet or exceed sales goal.
• To serve customer by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry
• Prior Experience must in FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry

Skills Required:

• Ability to Implement
• Ability to Improvise

Selection Process

The selection process will be held in two stages

• Interview will be conducted in first stage. 
• Candidate’s skill and enthusiasm about the job will be conducted in second stage

Salary:

• Depending upon prior experience and performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 per month

Quarterly Incentive:

• Quarterly Incentive as per the rules of the organization

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
