FMCG – Sales Executive

Qualification: Bachelor Degree

No of Positions: Female = 2, Male = 2

Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk

Responsibilities:

• To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales 
• To select and develop a team of Sales Representative
• To ensure secondary sales as per the target
• To ensure proper management and tracking of team on daily basis

Experience:

• Not Required. However, 0-1 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry would be added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Ability to Implement
• Ability to Improvise

Selection Process

The selection process will be held in two stages

• Interview will be conducted in first stage. 
• Candidate’s skill and enthusiasm about the job will be conducted in second stage

Salary:

• Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
